Abco Kovex is going to participate in Ireland’s toughest physical and mental endurance challenge. This team event is to support fundraising for the International Motor Neurone Disease Association. The IMNDA is an organisation that provides care and support to people that suffer from Motor Neurone Disease, their families, friends and carers.
Motor Neurone Disease is a progressive neurological condition that attacks the motor neurones or nerves. This disease leads to weakness and wasting of the muscles. MND can affect your day to day life: from walking, talking, eating, drinking to breathing. Specifically designed and created by our award-winning outdoor specialists to push your physical and mental boundaries to the limit.

Hence, we will participate in this individually designed track. This hard 7KM course, arranged in the grand Killruddery Estate, with memorable scenes of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, mixes lots of human-made obstacles with Killruddery’s great natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying challenge!
