CS-300 Case Sealer Square Cases, No Jams

CONTROLLED CASE TRANSPORT

Spring loaded side belts take over the case at the indeed side. The spring load functionality deals with tolerances in case width.

PRE FOLDING THE SHORT FLAP

Wide and thin corrugated cases can be handled because of pre folding the first short flap. This helps avoiding packaging damage and improves the reliability of your packaging process.

TOP CLOSING

The side belts transport the case underneath special designed stainless steel curves. Due to the movement the long flaps close perfectly.

EASY TAPE CHANGE & CASE REMOVING

Changing the Tape Head or resolving machine jams is fast and safe. Push one button and the quick release of the upper closing unit creates the spaces for the operator to change the tape or to remove a jammed case.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

SEPARATION MODULE WITH INFEED GUIDING
Separation cylinders on the infeed to ensure a gap of min 350 mm (13 4/5″) between cases.

MODULE WITH INFEED GUIDING
Colored lights indicate the status of the machine, blanks supply, and tape or hot melt supply.

COMMUNICATION

ACOUSTIC SIGNAL

EXIT HEIGHT EXTENSION
The exit height of the cases can be extended to 850 mm (33 1/2″).

TAPE HEAD STORAGE BRACKET
Holds additional tape head

75 MM (3″) TAPE HEAD
Applies 75 mm (3″) wide tape. Replaces standard 50mm tape head.

PORTABILITY
Welded steel frame and heavy duty locking casters provide easy manoeuvrability.

BEACON
Colored lights indicate the status of the machine, case status and tape supply.
