PadPak Junior

Excellent Cushioning Performance Created by a Multi-ply Paper Pad

PadPak Junior converts multiple ply kraft paper into a cushioning pad. Thus it has an efficient cushioning, blocking and bracing for small volume packaging needs. The converter forms the paper into a protective, shock absorbing paper pad. PadPak Junior is easy to operate and requires minimal operator training. The pad is fed by raising the operator handle to the top position and holding the handle there until the desired pad length is dispensed. The pad is cut by lowering the operator handle to the bottom position.

  • Versatile: cushioning pad can be used to pack most products that are shipped in a box
  • Simple: electric feed / manual cut operation
  • Compact: small floor-print makes it ideal for areas with limited space
  • Portable: unit is on castors for ease of transport to multiple pack stations
